Child Porn Found At Cumberland H.S. Teacher's Home: Camden Prosecutor

A 53-year-old Haddon Township man, who is a teacher in Cumberland County, has been charged with possession of child pornography authorities said.

David Checchio was arrested and charged with child endangerment and possession of child sexual abuse material, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay alongside Haddon Township Police Chief Timothy Hak.

Checchio is employed as a special education teacher at Cumberland Regional High School in Bridgeton, according to the school's website.

Following a collaborative investigation between the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes Unit, the Haddon Township Police Department, and Homeland Security Investigations, on Tuesday, Sept. 26, a search warrant was executed at his residence in Haddon Township.
